can i get a refund?
all purchases are final sale, so please read descriptions very carefully. however, if there is a problem with my product, tell me and i'll always try my best to help you! :D

how long will shipping take?
depends on where you are. in the US, couple days to 2 weeks. internationally 3 weeks to a month, or even 2. once the package is out of my hands, i have as much info as you do (it could be a pain sometimes but we can keep in touch)
